Modeste it is right that individuality of those involved in education is respected . For example learners have invidual differences which make them very unique hence the need for teachers to develop individualised plan tailored to meet their specific needs i n certain instances. This is an area that Iam always careful about.

At the moment my greatest need is to perfect adptation of available resources to specifically meet the evident needs of special cases in my class where I currently have a virually impaired learner.
