What are the features of an Inclusive school

The Inclusive environment should be one which exhibits soft skills. These soft skills (according to Daniel) has everything to do with teachers attitudes towards the idea of inclusion. Teachers, administrators and other school officials should be able to not  just welcome in students with special skills, but should also be open to talk freely about what inclusion methods  best suits their students in both a general and specific way. These conversation can /should be geared toward the development of a resource room  where a slew of materials should be made available to children with special needs. Specialist, (according to Lydia) can also be part of the resource room to provide added support to teachers who may need additional assistance from time to time.
