3.6 SBTD

One challenge that SBTD might present in context are lack of involvement among teachers; involvement of teachers discussing ideas together, planning classroom activities on certain topics. Trying them out and consulting together and making sure it was beneficial to learners are crucial for an inclusive school.

True Glendiann, if not self motivated and focused teachers could waste time meant for SBTD or make it a social meeting or even a time to solve issues with one another. A clear policy is needed.

SBTD

Agreed and lack of support in planning activities may eventually begin to demotivate colleagues and you would therefore have teachers planning in isolation which can have a negative effect in maintaining an inclusive school.
