Challenging attitudes

In a school I once worked at there was a child with a disability. The child wasn't treated any differently from the other children at the centre she was allowed to use the bathroom on her own just as the other children would however the parent was not pleased about it as she felt that her child should be treated differently from the other children because of her situation even though she was able to accomplish the task just as her fellow classmates would..
