It has been established that positive attitudes are derived from the stakeholders being educated. Therefore professional development opportunities are needed as they help to support teachers. Daniel explained that training should be continuous and should take on a particular format. 

I had the pleasure of attending the STREAM workshop which was very beneficial to me. When implemented it allow the learners to problem solve, think creatively, cooperate, collaborate and take risks just to name to name a few skills. The school environment became more exploratory which lend itself to more spontaneous teachable moments.
