1.7 Monitoring inclusive schools

One Inclusive feature that the Early Childhood Centre that I am attached to has is collaboration and cooperation amongst staff members. Teachers meet on a daily basis to share ideas and strategies when planning activities and reviewing observations. When teachers notice that an activity was not receive by the learners it is revised to meet the needs of the learners. The Administrator meets with teachers on a weekly basis to monitor activity plans, observations and to plan events and activities. All members of staff work as a team to ensure best practice is carried out daily.
