In the wave model two, students are the main focus where there are outlines of specific interventions for students that need it and those with related needs . Additionally, It is imperative for administrators and teachers to deliver high quality teaching to assist learners in achieving specific learning objectives. As well as providing them with numerous opportunities to acquire specific skills to achieve the learning outcomes.
