Activity 1.6 Professional development

I have done a few development training courses, the one that stayed with me the most was STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineer, Art and Mathematics) in ECCE. It was a simple one day course but quite effective. Even though I was already incorporating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineer, Art and Mathematics) in my classroom, The STREAM course made a difference. This training course brought knowledge and a different perspective to me in a very simple approachable way. Which allowed me to challenge myself to be more creative. I was able to return to the classroom and put the knowledge gained to work. Which was a definite plus for me and my young learners.
