TEESA IE toolkit

I think the Tessa Auditing for teachers is an excellent way for teachers to self reflect, and develop strategies to improve and also as a check point for behaviour. It also gives a bench mark for what is appropriate teacher attitude and behaviour towards students and highlights the teachers role in developing student emotional self esteem and motivation.
