Activity 1.7- Monitoring Inclusivity

Plan-do- review is used the children make plans, carry them out and reflect what they have done. Also, observation and recording is used to monitor children's progress, the teacher will observe and record exactly what the child is doing during centre based learning and place recording sheet in the child's individual file. Attendance is done as well on a daily basis. In addition, developmental checklist is used and the child's developmental progress is shared with the parent, at parent -teacher conferencing.  Finally, monitoring is very important in promoting inclusivity.
