As  I reflect on a school  and examine the ethos at the school  there is an organization structure of leadership administrator, teaching staff, cleaner and security.  There are some shared norms, values, philosophies, beliefs expectation. attitudes and myths that holds this school together and forms it identity. We recognized parents  as the child's first teacher and that  relationship are foster by parents coming  to the school to read stories, plant vegetables and other. The children and other stakeholders birthdays are celebrated. 

Children  are allow to develop socially in a safe  and supporting environment. They make contributions, take leadership roles throughout the daily schedule are encouraged.  Children rights are respected. Teachers support one another and are professional at all times. The materials are at the children level and are appropriate for learning and manipulations, the  furniture are child size and comfortable for learners.
