When both the schools and outside organizations work together there is greater results for all stakeholders, especially the learners.

Sure, more children with disabilities will come and stay in school. The teachers will get more professional development and become more useful to the school. They will be more exposed be able to support the children with learning and behaviour difficulties. Ultimately, there will be higher degree of inclusive culture in the school. The community's perception of children with disabilities will also change for the better. The challenges would include inadequate resources and changing the mindset of the community to be more supportive.
