4.10: End of course assessment

Creating an Inclusive School is an ongoing process. There are challenges that you may meet along the way but the important thing is to make a start. So, two things I will take forward from this course into my practice will be to include the buddy system. This I found to be very useful in the classroom, so that learners who experience difficulties can be help by one of their peers. Teachers also need to be a reflective practitioner all the time to strengthen or see professional development within themselves.
