Policies for an inclusive ethos

A school that I know encourage all staff members to work in cohesion. This is done through regular Staff meetings whereby, each Staff member contributes their knowledge and ideas on a particular issue with a child. Strategies and support is given to the child. This is followed by observation and documentation which is done on a daily basis to see if there are any improvements.
