Policies for an inclusive ethos and culture.

Monitor progress, share information and review pupils support needs.

This is done on a daily basis.

Observation and recordings are done daily to chart the students strengths and weaknesses. 

Staff discussions are held to go over strengths and weaknesses seen during observations.

Planning is done to build on the weaknesses seen and to enhance the strengths.
