The TESSA IE Toolkit is an invaluable resource for teacher education and training in inclusive education. Chapter 2 of the toolkit highlighted many important points regarding what an inclusive teacher must emulate and incorporate into his or her daily practice. Those highlighted points distinguished itself because each necessary point stated is unquestionably required in any inclusive setting or otherwise ensuring that the child is the focal point at all times. Teachers have a positive influence on children and serve as role models in addition to many other roles in the classroom that come with additional responsibilities, all while playing an important role in the overall development of the children and the school and once the information gathered from the TESSA IE Toolkit is utilized/implemented, everyone involved will benefit.
