2.9 Positive Behaviours

To help in managing behaviours, we would each week assign leadership roles for different tasks, such as line leader, lunch helper, supplies helper etc. The children enjoy these roles and is always looking forward for their turn as a leader, so with this if a child misbehaves or is disruptive, that role is taken away or passed on to someone else. The taking away of  5 mins of play time also helps in managing behaviours.
