Children need to be loved and a warm welcome at the entrance door is sometimes all that they need. Also by supporting children needs.

I really agree with you. According to Marslow's Hierarchy of Needs a sense of belonging is a critical need for our students and one which is often overlooked. Making each child feel wanted and that they are part of what's taking place in the classroom can assist with addressing many social, behavioral and educational issues, especially among our students who have special needs.
