Activity 2: 7 Positive behaviour management strategies

An example of a strategy to positively manage behaviour singing a transition song  or say a rhyme at the end of an activity  so children know what is expected from them and lead to another activity from the daily schedule and activities. It work because children knows these songs or rhyme will lead to a particular activity and respond favorably to a positive outcome.

These strategies give children a sense of comfort as they transition throughout the day's activities and it works well to assist them to adhere to classroom rules. Additionally, singing songs etc builds a child's confidence and language as they sing along.
