My favorite idea is All children with disabilities have extra help from peers in lessons. At the ECCE level we believe in learning through play. When children interact with each other they share knowledge, and build on what they know/don't know. I always encourage my students to work together as this helps the weaker child and gives more experience to the higher level child. Most days I try to give some kind of group activity. By asking for help and helping , they both develop a level of confidence in themselves.
