Two important features of an inclusive school are:

1. Availability of resources

2. Administrators who make things happen in the school environment.

Availability of resources refers to those resources that can be used to cater for all category of learners not minding whether they disabled or not

The administrators are important feature of inclusive learning as they determine what happens in the school environment. This is because the success or otherwise of inclusive learning is dependent on the administrators as they determine what and what is made available in terms of resources. school environment and training of teachers amongst others.

Having said this, making a school inclusive is dependent on many factors. i will like to see a school that has positive attitude to children who are disabled and those with special needs. Further, I will like to see a school that adapts curriculum that seeks to enable the students realise  their potentials so as to enable everyone contribute to the development of the society.

the National Open university of Nigeria is one of the institutions in Nigeria that have tried to implement this principle of inclusiveness by given opportunity to the blind, deaf and dumb amongst others. Provision made for braille, audios and assistive Technology needed to cope with studies
