Two things I will take forward.

1. Professional development is fundamental for teachers at all levels. This will enable us to participate more effectively in spearheading learning organisations in our places of work and local communities.

2. Knowledge acquired in the two courses have placed me at high vantage point. There is new competence based curriculum (CBC) in Kenya which requires inclusive education to be incorporated in all bachelor of education courses. I will definitely be resourceful when reviewing our curriculum.
