Activity 2:8 Reviewing the behaviour checklist

Display rules in the classroom and ensure that the students and staff know what they are.

 This is not evident at the school nor are there policies in place to for standardize rules  . If you put up rules then you have to explain and will be told to take down because the ministry did not sanction them. 

How does this work in a government institution school were policies are made and directed by them for staff to adhere too?
