What needs to be in place:
    • A management team that sees the necessity of it.
    • A professional Development Team that can give teachers the opportunity to collaborate and reflect on their teaching/learning activities and how best to cater to the needs of their students.

    • Non-contact hours with the students so that planning can be adequately done.
Learning study can assist in developing inclusive teachers by:
      • Giving them the opportunity to brainstorm together and come up with best practices for their students
      • Getting and sharing information about disabilities and how best to interact with learners with particular disabilities
      • Recognizing that teaching should be more learner-centred and accumulating ideas that would contribute to that
