Activity 1.5 Creating an inclusive ethos

Two factors that can contribute to an inclusive ethos and culture are professional development of teachers and working with all stakeholders.

Professional development for teachers are very crucial in this ever changing world. It promotes opportunities for inclusion and allow them to share ideas and support each other.

When the administrators ,teachers, parents and the community work together with one common goal. This binds the role each plays and strengthen them together. It sets the stage for quality education and allows each child to reach their full potential.

Great contribution. I fully agree with you Josephine. Professional development will keep teachers abreast of strategies to cope with the children and having the stakeholders on board will bring everything together in the best interest of the children.
