To create inclusive schools there are two factors that I believe to be included in the inclusive ethos and culture. The first would be acceptance and the other would be support. With the acceptance of stakeholders and the community that there are students that learn and do things different from other children. Like having inclusivity at the job site and hiring workers with skills instead of discriminating them for these disabilities. Then support is also a key factor as students grow the need to be independent and in need of an environment to enhance their skills instead of beating them down stating that he/she is just too “different”.
