I participated in a Language and Literacy workshop which was very informative and rewarding. I was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and find new strategies in teaching Language and Literacy to my preschoolers in so many fun and interesting ways. I also became fascinated on the resources that was created to teach language and literacy. I am now confident and knowledgeable in teaching my students how to use their language to communicate their ideas, thoughts and feelings as well as planning simple, yet developmentally appropriate activities to develop their reading and writing skills.
