Activity 3.5 Example from Practice

A team that sees the importance of participating in a learning study and a functioning SBDT to follow up on workshops etc. This should be done during non-contact hours, so teaching is not disrupted. Maybe, incentives can be offered to motivate teachers.

This would facilitate teachers working more collaboratively and being more learner-centered and open minded. They are also more prepared to manage their classrooms and attend to the the differently-abled.
