Teachers may benefit from what we social workers like to call 'role-playing'. we use this technique to practice in sessions, practice how we may approach an issue and practice how to treat the issue.If teachers use this technique, it will basically puts them on the other side of the classroom, makes them become the students. In this way, can can see what works and what doesnt before applying it. To facilitate this, support, time and place will need to afforded to them and then reflections for future improvements.
