The aspect that I like is the monitoring through the active teaching checklist. This is a good tool to asses how interactive the teacher is and how often do they apply the different approaches.

One challenge may be that teachers may not keep track of the checklist daily or weekly, unless a rule or stipulation is implemented, for example, have the teachers submit the checklist regularly, as they would submit other important documents.
