one aspect that i liked was the auditing inclusive behavior chart because it gives teachers that chance to reflect progress and to track how their development is advancing.

A challenge that I recognised teachers may not deem it as extra work or something that may require more from them, especially primary schools where there isn't a free period and teachers are teaching whole day.
