Activity 1.6 Professional development

I have experienced a number of professional development training, i will share three:

1. Making teacher education relevant in the 21st century. this experience made to understand how to use ICT to support learning for example the use of power point to deliver instruction. also to deliver instructions in a blended form. in that course we were also introduce to OER resources and now I can use OER to source for resources.

2. How to take teaching online;  I learnt online learning, how to design instruction, assistive technology, assessment and how to enhance quality

1. Inclusive teaching and learning: In this training I learnt that children that are disabled and those with special needs can be admitted into mainstream schools. this has helped me to ensure that no child in my class is left out. what I do is to develop their capacities

I agree fully with the ICT workshop, it help me also with my  online teaching. Especially when you have to put up work for your students.
