What need to be in place to enable teachers to take part  in learning study is having  support  from employer, administrator and teachers  which will also include a supportive culture that will invest time, resources, positive attitudes in quality professional learning and opportunities for all staff to improve on practices. When teachers are motivated there is a willingness to to improve the school and feel apart as there is a feeling of ownership, commitment and enthusiasm for the way forward.

 Learning study can be used to develop inclusive teachers as they will gain knowledge about effective teaching styles, establish and foster a sense of belongings for all students. Teachers will collaborate with stakeholders and create  resources to improve practice,  learn strategies to engage all learners, review what is done  and reflect often to ascertain if there is growth or lack thereof at the school.
