Activity 3:6 School-based Teacher Development (SBTD)

One challenge that School-based Teacher Development might present in my context is the negative attitude of teachers toward planning on a weekly basis to improve practice.  However one opportunity to work with stakeholders in the community while engaging in this workshop should bring about positive changes in attitudes of teachers collaboration and reflection on the way we move forward.

I agree lack of weekly preparation can be difficult on any institution. However, to those who faitfully maintain the good habit the students will reap great things.
