This course of inclusive education has enlighten me of many different practices that needs to be put in practice in order to reach student's with or without disabilities to their full potential.
My intentions would be to implement a 'buddy system' in the classroom where learners who needs help in their learning and experiencing difficulties in attempting tasks given to them , will be assisted and supported by a more knowledgeable other.
Also, after school clubs to foster social interaction with others is one that I would intend to implement at my school. This club will be filled with different activities such as singing, dancing, playing games, dramatization to name a few. This range of activities would help strengthen students social relationships in the setting. To do this, parents, teachers and students would work together to include activities that are most popular and involves students who have special needs.
