3.2 Experiences of Professional Development

At times some Professional Development courses are held during school breaks. These work well for me as I am not flustered with other mandatory work for school to be handed up, within specific timelines. Courses being held when school is out is not rushed, the information is better absorbed, I internalize information better and implementation when school reopens has proven to be quite effective for me, as I had time to determine different ways to disseminate lesson content.

I can relate to this situation. I've had Professional Development Courses during school vacation. I felt more focused and retained more information.
