Teachers as role models

What i have gained from TESSA IE Toolkit chapter 2

Teachers must acknowledge the contributions of all pupils.

Teachers must make the pupils feel safe and included in the learning community/classroom.

Teachers attitude must contribute to building the pupils self esteem and emotional well being.

Model the behaviors one would like to see from the pupils.
