3.3 Being an Effective Inclusive Teacher

As much as I will try to vary methods of assessments, sometimes I wonder how far are we allowed to stray from the conventional? Some types of assessments seem to be 'too easy', rendering the evaluation process of a lesson to be ineffective. So for me, more Professional Development surrounding that issue will be beneficial.
