What already works for me is having the support or my colleagues. We often share information and exciting ideas with each other when we are faced with activities that challenge us. Earlier today, another teacher and I were discussing a topic and at the end of our discussion she was more willing to present on the topic. It also helped me in coming up with new ideas. I noticed also that when teachers share information and help each other it reduces stress. This does not always work for me with all teachers. Some teachers are not as open minded as others or willing to share information and work with staff. Not everyone is accepting of new information or new strategies. Some teachers are not willing to adjust their methods of teaching or accept the ideas of others.
