My thoughts on the cases reflect community, parents, and children collaborating creating  positive partnerships  for building an inclusive school. Everyone is on board  as a result children confidence and self-esteem is boosted similarly  parents and community and school  display excitement of what is happening  being proud of the results of the once at risk children.  There  is a group that does peer counselling. This individual has a degree in Child Psychology and was able to help a child whose was shy and withdrawn become confidence and better able to share information with peers and staff ensuring no child is left behind.
