Learning study groups

As a trainer, I remember I asked teachers working at the same school to meet on a monthly basis to discuss a pedagogical topic, and I attended some of those meetings.

Joint Professional Development is a much more effective form than the traditional CPD.

In our context, teachers, and other stakeholders, can meet every fortnight (they agree on the frequency) and discuss the obstacles they are facing and the solutions they envisage to overcome them.
