Two things I will take forward in my practice area as follows:

Firstly monitoring inclusivity will be very instrumental in the way forward at  school. It is a process that take place over a period of time as stakeholders try many initiatives to ascertain why some aspect are more successful than others this will be important to help teachers document and reflect continuously to ensure we are on board and other criteria and system are monitored effectively to deliver quality learning to provide creative opportunities for all.

Secondly Professional development is an integral part of having an inclusive school. When teacher are continuously engage in learning study it will have an impact on student performance and practice. At my school it is imperative that we continue to be abreast of new studies and research so it can be embedded knowledge in our daily practice in order to change to get a different outcome.
