Trainings and workshops are key in improving  the way teachers teach and handle learners especially workshops that touch on using teaching aids that incorporate the learning ability of all learners. An Inclusive teacher will be open minded to learn new teaching skills,utilisation of teaching aids,embrace and appreciate all learners with their different abilities and be willing  to work with each student and to improve their ability.
