Inclusive teachers

Firstly, I believe that for a teacher to be apart of any process he/she must be willing to complete a process and have an open mind as well. A teacher who might have no interest at the beginning might only hinder the way forward instead of paving it. Teacher might not have to be apart of the entire process of the study and might be able to work in groups depending and sharing the work load so that it won't be a burden. Learning study assists teacher to target behaviors, difficulties in academic performance among other things. I will help teachers to realize where students need more care and assistance. Not again we need dedicated teachers to not only begin but to finish the process.

I agree that teachers attitude plays an important role in motivating and teaching children with special needs. I also believe if they are not willing to assist these children they can hinder their learning. Therefore dedication and commitment is what will work for these children.

Maud I agree with you. Positive attitude is needed. Yes totally agree that teachers not willing to make inclusive education may be a setback to the willing teachers.

Yes, attitude is quite important and includes various aspects. in addition to attitude, I also think motivation is quite important towards the profession and learners as well. what motivates teachers to be in class? And then what are the teachers expectations from learners so that they all achieve? this becomes the backbone of effective inclusive teachers
