I believe that by creating school-based trainings we are able to target the weak areas of a school or division. At this time my school is weak in the area of Inclusive education. We are trying to get professionals to share their knowledge that we might learn from them to boost our performance holistically. As a staff we visited another school to speak with other teacher and learn some of their best practices so that we might adapt a new way otf teaching and learning. this will not only benefit the teacher but the Students and the community at large.

I agree by creating school based training it will assist to target weak areas of the school. Having a professional learning community is the best method to  enhance teaching/learning at your school.
