Monitoring Inclusivity is becomes difficult depending on the amount to 'SPED' students you have. One year i had two boys with Autism in my regular classroom and it was not easy. On thing that enjoyed was nature walks. Our school is located in a rural area near orange orchard and walking around gathering outdoor samples as a class really helps to monitor student interaction and assist with socializing as well. My class treated everyone the same. Everyone was reward who deserved it on reward day promoting inclusivity. One thing i enjoyed also was peer teaching. Letting the brighter students helping others when they have completed their tasks helps with inclusivity as well as behavior management.
