Features of an inclusive school

In my opinion, inclusion is a mindset and one of the first things we should see in an inclusive school:
(1) inclusive policies that drive the practices of the school, communication with families and other stakeholders,
(2) a staff that speaks and lives the language of inclusion through the provision of....
(3) a transformative learning environment, where there are multiple means of engaging the students, multiple ways of representing information and allowing the students to demonstrate their learning in varied ways,
