Activity 2.2 Policies for an Inclusive ethos

For a school to have an inclusive ethos, there must be a strong leadership present. With the introduction of anything new, there will be resistance. Only time and a leader that leads in front will be an indicator to other teachers to change their mindsets. I have seen what strong leadership can do when changes in polices are made. Buy in from all members of staff needs to be achieved and a strong leader that is passionate about inclusive education can achieve that.
