Activity 2.5 School policies to support inclusive education

  • Post your ‘favourite’ idea from the list. My favourite  idea from the list is" All children with disabilities have someone to play with at break time"
My suggestion for the policy is for the class teacher to generally sensitize the students about disabilities ,being disabled and having empathy.

To organize and give the student with a disability the opportunity to have  someone to play with at break. The teacher can create a daily or weekly schedule by dividing the class into  groups children  and include the child with the disability in the group.

In this way the child with the disability can have some friends to play with during break time and support in other areas at school.  .

The amount of children in group will depend on the total number of students that are in the class.
