A professional development experience which improved the delivery of curriculum, was the Visual and Performance Arts workshop. This workshop proved to be effective and quite efficient, as it broadened skills in incorporating music and movement, art, gross body movement, into the delivery of activity planning and teaching. This approach also assisted the many different types of learners in the classroom. It allowed teachers to incorporate songs, dance movements and even art into the delivery of curriculum, providing an enjoyable experience for students.
